Mike opened this shop in 1980 on Artesia Boulevard in Redondo Beach, about fifteen minutes north of the Palos Verdes Peninsula via Hawthorne Boulevard or PV Drive North. Owners ship their vintage Mercedes to us from across the United States, so a fifteen-minute drive from PV is nothing.
We understand what it means to own a car worth preserving. The vintage Mercedes systems, the vacuum-operated climate controls, the hand-built engines. These require a mechanic who has worked on them thousands of times, not one who is looking things up in a manual. That is what we offer.

About 15–20 minutes by car
From Palos Verdes Estates, take PV Drive North to Hawthorne Boulevard, then head north to Artesia and turn left. From Rancho Palos Verdes, Hawthorne Boulevard north is the most direct route. The shop is at 2700 Artesia Blvd with easy parking.
